Garlic Chilli Sauce

  • 230 g fresh red chillies
  • 100 g peeled garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  1. Peel garlic and cut fresh chillies.
  2. Blend garlic in a food processor in batches.
  3. Add cut chillies, salt and blend into a fine paste.
  4. Store in glass jars and keep in the fridge.
