A very simple chilli sauce to make and yet so versatile as a condiment to many dishes. It can also be use as a base for making other types of chili sauces.

- 230 g fresh red chillies
- 100 g peeled garlic
- 2 tsp salt
Peel garlic and cut fresh chillies.
Blend garlic in a food processor in batches.
Add cut chillies, salt and blend into a fine paste.
Store in glass jars and keep in the fridge.
Can keep in the fridge for many months
